I agree with everyone above. wheels and tire upgrade. Buts it still a 6k+ truck and a 4k+ camper. The truck will do it but its not going to feel like the one that's on there, expect to feel a difference.
I would try to a wheel find like this that fits your truck. Im not sure about your bolt pattern on an 03 4x2. But i would look for a hub centric OEM wheel to carry that weight.
