Thanks for all your input. Gman your point is also valid that's why I got him down to 6800.00. Low NADA with options for this TC is 9800.00 so I think I got a good deal. Electric jacks, solar panel, AC, rear awning, patio awning , onboard onan generator, new am/fm / CD player, and TV. All in working order. Also includes turnbuckles and an extended hitch for towing.. soft spot on the floor is a project I will do with my dad who is a carpenter. Think it will be nice unit for 2014 then I will sell in spring of 2015 when I will upgrade to newer dually and bigger newer TC for the DW.
