FYI, the floor repair would take a time period of about 3 days total with perhaps 3-4 hrs of actually working on it. That's including being sure everything is dry before putting down the new floor plywood piece. Cost of everything purchased if you don't already have the items including the Gorilla Glue, screws, a 1 or 2 foot pine 2 X 4 for stringer reinforcement etc if needed, and the floor plywood piece would be under $25. I've done it and know. Your Dad's a "carpenter" to boot! $6800 for the 915 is a real steal with all those options! Many that could be moved to your new TC the next year and save you plenty of dough! Doesn't matter now as you have passed on the TC anyway but I just wanted you to know.
