That Flagstaff Micro Lite looks pretty good to me! They pack a lot of sleep space into it. Go easy on the water, drive 60 mph, and you should be ok.
If looking for a pickup, an F150 3.5L turbo with max tow and max payload packages would handle quite a bit of trailer. Or go to a 3/4 ton, but like Old-Biscuit said, you have to check the payload numbers for each one because they vary according to the truck's options.
