All good questions. THe truck is all stock, OEM tire size, no lead footed teens driving it.
My wife and I tend to get closer to EPA and fuel.gov estimates, this truck should be in the high teens.
CLogged cats sounds like an excellent place to look, maybe I'll wait for it to get a little worse.
