Cummins is correct, no she doesn’t NEED the PacBrake, but she would feel more secure WITH it.
I use mine all the time Dry or wet, yes when roads are wet you have to be careful and understand how slick the wet roads are. In the NW where the roads are wet a lot, they are less slick than in a dryer area when dry roads get a build up of oil and grease, and when wet are slick as snot.
