2005 Dodge diesel short heater hose replacement

I understand there is a short (approx. 3" long) heater hose located under the turbo that is very difficult to replace. any of you guys with old Dodge diesels 5.9 had this hose start leaking??????? ...

My '06 developed a "slight" leak, couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from as there wasn't much of any anti-freeze on the ground under it. Took it the Dodge garage for some unrelated service work and they spotted it, called me to let me know it was a short piece of heater hose that needed replacement. I had them do it, that was at around 60k never leaked for me again.
