many factors can contribute to poor fuel economy. From bad MAP or MAF sensors to bad O2 sensors and actual mechanical defects with the running gear. First thing I'd do is see if you have any inactive codes on your ECU. Do you have an OBD II Scanner of any sort? That's the first place to check. Then as others suggest, check your vacuum lines and also check to see if you have any fuel leaking around your injectors.
Correct.
Perhaps get a code reader before randomly replacing parts, you can get a lot of info from live data like fuel trim, O2 sensor data and such.
MAF/MAP sensors can and do get dirty, air filter, fuel filter are good places to check.
O2 sensors can and do go bad and will cause a severe drop in mileage and are actually a routine maintenance item, they wear out. Older non heated O2 sensors are rated 50K miles and newer heated sensors typically are rated for 80K miles.. After that mileage your living on borrowed time. Not sure what 300K KM relates to in miles but I suspect they are end of life if never changed. A code reader will give you live data of the sensors, they should have a rapid up down of voltage, as they age the ramp gets slower.
