2005 F350 6.0 Pulling to the Right
when I drive down the road and let go of the steering wheel the truck will start to pull slightly to the right, even harder when in 4X4 mode. thought I had a bad caliper but everything seems to be ok...

THAT should be 'step one'. That is the most likely cause on a vehicle as new as yours.
If it still pulls to the right, visit an alignment shop for an "estimate" and see what they say.
