2005 F350 6.0 Pulling to the Right
when I drive down the road and let go of the steering wheel the truck will start to pull slightly to the right, even harder when in 4X4 mode. thought I had a bad caliper but everything seems to be ok...

I agree, probably a tire pull. My X is an 02 with alomost 80k miles. never had an alignment. just checked the other day at work because I had some time and all numbers are within spec!
