just realize that Dutchmen has a terrible rep in helping owners of used Kodiak and Cub hybrids.
if you find anything wrong, don't expect any help from them.
since you don't specify what area of the US you live, can't say what a good price would be.
it differs regionally. out West, that might be a fair price but in the Midwest, that's too much to pay.
just saying you live in the USA doesn't help.
