Definitely follow the advice of the majority here and go with the 2500. The payload is key.
It will handle the weight much better than the 1500. It is very easy to be at your max payload with the 1500. The 2500 will give you a better margin of safety and capability. The 3.73's are a good gear for that truck, no need to worry there.
