Oil change and lube every 6-8k miles unless youre monitoring oil life through sampling or have bypass filtration (unlikely).
Fuel filter every oil change, air filter as needed, trans filter every other oil change minimum.
My 02 had 10-11 grease zerks on the front end. Pretty sure the 06 does as well. Not typical these days as most components are sealed in the front end on the other brands.
I'd pump out the OE trans oil in favor of a fresh fill of Castrol Transynd too. Ask any Allison repair shop about it and you'll find out why.
