sometimes they move stations. easiest is to give customer service a call. I had to when my radio lost signal.

Does your subscription offer those stations?

I believe that was before the merger. If you have an XM radio it may not be capable of pulling all the stations. I don't know if Ram used XM or Sirius radios in 2006.

What subscription do you have? You would need to contact the provider to add channels. There's no button or programming on the radio to do it. They have to do it.
I can go online and change what channels I want to get, I don't pay for all of them.

My XM radio automatically finds "new" stations if they're included with my subscription level. I don't get premium channels like Howard Stern, for example.

Actually the "new" stations are not new at all. They are existing stations that are repurposed because they were not popular, or ran their course.
