Price is highly subjective. I don't know much about the brand but the price seems reasonable if it were for sale here by a private seller for the age of the unit, 2 slide outs, etc.
Around here dealers would probably be asking for at least 13/14k maybe higher for that unit type if it's in reasonable condition.
Check the tires for the date codes. You will have to look under the vehicle as the date codes are usually on the inside facing part of the tire. It probably needs new tires, try to factor that into your offer.
