- Bama_bluejayExplorerMY advice is check and double check the roofing. Our 07 27 Bh had the rubber roofing that had a backing, which was known to wick water. We had a leak and roof was replaced. Traded it on a 2012 Jayco White Hawk. Dealership had just checked the roof as routine maintenance a few months prior to DH finding a problem that looked suspicious. It was good as new when we traded in. Workers commented it was the cleanest unit they had seen on a trade in.
