2007 sunlight m-865se looking to buy one for $4500

My very first truck camper was a 2005 Sunlite 800SE that I bought new from a dealer. I had it for seven years before trading it off two years ago for a different truck camper. During the time that I had it I would spend a lot of time on the weekends with it towing a boat to the area lakes to go fishing. Once in a while the wife and I would take it for a week or more on vacation. I never had any problems with it as she held up very well over the years. It definitely wasn't a high end expensive truck camper in those days but it was a fun little rig to start out with if you couldn't afford a more expensive setup. If the '07 Sunlite 865SE you're looking at doesn't have any water damage from the front or the rear then the $4500 asking price seems reasonable enough.
