So what you want is to only register the miles driven, not flat towed. Well if you tow it 70,000 miles and only drive it 10,000 miles, would that not be a bit misleading when you went to sell it as a low mileage car?? Yes the engine has only been driven 10,000 miles, but the wheels have rolled up 80,000 miles, a bit misleading.
