2010 Arctic Fox 25P slide

When i extend my slide all the way out it is bending the angle iron mechanical stop that the adjusting set screw rests against.Could there be a problem with the pressure sensing motor?
thanks Lary Luchinski

Is that an Alko Axis or RBW slide mechanism? There's a long rack with driven by a pinion gear, with an intermediate drive shaft pinned to geared down motor assembly.

    IIRC mine is model GSO-48829-1.

The motor of that thing is powerful enough to snap off the welded-on angle iron stop. It also tore up the intermediate drive shaft while I ran through several shear bolts.

After replacing the drive shaft and using Grade 8 shear bolts from Alko (think the originals were SS), I've been much more careful about hitting the stops. Now I just make sure the seals are reasonably secure around the edges.
