Let's put first things first. Load your Sequoia just like you would be loading it as a tow vehicle.
This means minimal luggage, that should be in the trailer. So take you and your family...iPods, toys, etc...the stuff you take on a trip.
Fill up the SUV at a gas station with a CAT scale and weigh it with you and your family in the SUV after you fill up.
Should cost you about $9.00
Also, the tire loading sticker is specd at 33 PSI...your tires are going to handle 44-50 PSI... While towing..air them up to the max PSI on the side wall. This will make the truck feel more stable while towing.
Do this and post back with the numbers from the cat scale.
