My advise, 7 passengers in a half ton whatever. No camper is made that can handle the 7 of them and be within its limits. Another growing pain of having a large family.
You could possibly go with forest river rockwood roo 183 GVW 4820 lbs . 3 queen beds and a dinette. Not sure about the clothes, towels, or food storage on it.
It has no couch or slide, and you would only be sleeping in it.
I have a camper rated for 6 and can only handle a family of 4's requirements. No slide, or room to move around 90lb lab.
