I do have a sense of humor and I like the little clip. But just like ricatic's post(guess I can't call it a rant)about Ford's warranty. I really don't need to see it over and over and over.
I enjoy it. We all kind of warned him to avoid the 1st year production of any PSD engine. He actually called us names I believe. Oh well story turned out good I guess, nice LBZ dually pre DPF :W
As far as I'm concerned, another kill recorded in my behalf. My old TV is running strong and the dealer is offering major $$$$ for the old girl. Maybe time for another goat.
Of course that 2015 F450 with the 4.30 gears looks nice also until I saw the mileage, OMG Exxon can't afford that bugger.
The Richochet has a good memory...and as I look back at that period in time, I humbly prepare another serving of "crow" to remind me to not visit that arena of "overzealous hyperbole" again...
...but, the horrible experience we had with Ford will never be forgotten...for those who are new to the story, suffice it to say that Deb grew up with Ford. Her dad worked there as a mechanical engineer for over 36 years. She never had a vehicle in her driveway that was not a Ford product. After 59 years of loyalty, Ford cast her aside for a politically expedient dealership protection decision...and lost a lifelong customer...sad but true...This is why I will never stop informing people about the realities of "blind brand loyalty"...something to think about when you think it will not happen to you...
Have a Great Day

Are you serious? The auto manufacturers have the deck stacked against the customers in regards to warranty claims... They have so much money and legal power that taking them on would be like pissing into a hurricane...
Sorry, I have seen ricatic's comment on this subject so many times that it is a rant to me. If his warranty was wrongfully denied then why not take it to court. Think of how successful he would be at achieving his goal of reducing Ford truck sales if he would win a legal decision.
Besides that, recommending legal action here on the forum is against the rules.
dog...
wv is somewhat behind the curve on my story...if he was really as up to speed as he claims, he would make smarter comments...maybe he does not know the definition of "rant"...objective presentation of the facts is not a rant...neither is sarastic comedy...
...but darn that Blue Koolaid is good stuff...very addicting...ask me how I know...

- stro1965ExplorerMy dad has a 2011 F350 King Ranch. He called me today from the side of the road. For the past couple of weeks his truck has been losing fuel pressure and shutting down. Dealership can't seem to figure it out. He called me to ask how I'm liking my new Ram!
