So.....if they actually do mean "reseal", your next step is to find out what your roofing material is. Using the wrong products can cause problems you really don't want to even think about. Surely there are some Jayco owners here that can recommend products that are appropriate. One benefit of doing this job yourself is that YOU can actually check the caulking and make sure it's not cracked or pieces broken out. Same thing applies for giving it a good wash by hand - not pressure sprayer - and wax.....you can check caulking and seals up close. Everyone on this forum has questions and needs advice from time to time, so don't hesitate to ask.
