2011 Ford F250 filled DEF, but still low warning light

The first low DEF warning light came on my instrument panel and filled with 2.5 gallons of DEF expecting to clear, as it normally does. I used truck for several days and topped off with another 2 gal...

Ford dealership will attempt a reset/ troubleshoot per service writer and call me later in the day. I will keep you posted.
