2011 Ford F250 filled DEF, but still low warning light

The first low DEF warning light came on my instrument panel and filled with 2.5 gallons of DEF expecting to clear, as it normally does. I used truck for several days and topped off with another 2 gal...

It is the "heating sending unit" that has failed. This assembly is inside the DEF tank that monitors the level and keeps DEF warm.

Gave them the ok to get the repair done.
