Yes I am due service now and will get the flush done in next couple weeks. I do not do my own but will have nearby shop do.
I also have them drain, flush refill with new tranny fluid each 50,000 miles. I know that is above Ford recommendations but my last Ford tranny ran 280,000 trouble free miles. The cost of that is much less than a transmission rebuild. Towing in this heat, we go to Florida some, getting clean fresh fluid in every 50,000 miles I feel it is pretty cheap insurance. Some of you may think it is a waste of dollars - if so fine that is your opinion.
