Has the dealer done everything for you under warranty or have you contacted someone at Lippert and Cruiser? My dealer has tried but my extended warranty will not cover it until i get an alignment first as they think that is the problem and of course they do not cover alignments even though that is not the issue and my one year manufactures warranty was done at the beginning of May. Trying to get ahold of someone at both companies I can see how this is going to go.
The dealer has been very helpful and contacted both cruiser and milder for me. There are to many cases for this to be alignment issues. I showed my dealer this site and they agreed and didn't take any******with bs answers and finally both manufactures gave in. I am concerned for my family well being and will support any ideas on how to keep this from turning into a sad story of someone losing a family member because one trailer wasn't fixed. So far we have all been lucky.
