Thanks Powerdude for letting me know of your experiences. I think you're just confirming what I know I'll have to do in order to get a good ride. I'll experiment with tire pressure and then change the shocks if tire pressure adjustments don't do any good and then as a last resort and probably necessary is change the springs.

There are some videos on youtube about changing the Super Duty springs and it looks like a very simple job.
