Forget the 20% and find a trailer that will not exceed ANY of the max ratings the truck has ( GVWR, GCWR, RAWR, FAWR, Payload, Receiver, tires, wheels, etc). As long as the RV you choose does not exceed these ratings then the maker of the truck has approved you to pull it
