Ramen, just to be clear that 1645 is the MAXIMUM payload. Depending upon options, your actual payload will likely be lower.
As long as you keep your passenger weights and tongue weights under your payload number it should be a great truck to tow with. I see the 2011 has "trailer sway control" built in. I assume that means it has an integrated brake controller, but you might want to clarify that. If you don't have a brake controller, that and a weight distribution hitch are the only things you would need to add (besides gas every 220-240 miles...).
The Tundra pulls great and has plenty of power. The transmission and rear axle are stout as well. 10 mpg towing and a 26 gallon tank are the only drawbacks, besides typical low payload of a half ton truck.
You will have a great experience with the Tundra. I smile every time I drive mine!
