So, have made two trips thus far under the current set-up. As previously stated, I added the aux trans cooler and the temps are fantastic. HOWEVER, my transmission/torque converter/clutch are NOT happy with me. She tow great on the open road, suspension is good with the balance of the equalizing hitch and the P3 is awesome. But, driving through town especially after things are warmed up is really not good. When she's cold she's good from a stop, but after running through the streets in town a bit, she lags something terrible. Pretty sure this lag is going to destroy something in the near future.
My question - will changing to 3.42's help me with this at all or do I need to go further with an upgrade to the trans/TC/clutch assembly somehow? I obviously don't want to spend the money down the road on my current Yuk if it's just going to lead me to replacement of it anyways.
