Only issue that I know about the 6.7 was a small batch in the first production run of the motor had problems with one of the cylinder heads and would drop a valve. But being that you're looking at a 2012, I don't think you'll have that issue. Fuel pumps are known to be a bit delicate (Bosch CP4.2 I believe and is an issue on the Duramax and VW/Audi motors as well) so make sure you fuel up from a trusty/reliable source.
Would be nice if they had a shot of the engine compartment to ensure it still has the OEM intake.
