Just my 2 cents but I'd look for a 2013 when they started the SCR emissions.
MPG and just a cleaner burning vehicle IMO. That 2012 with 140K miles will not have warranty on it's emissions after next year.
I also believe they got the new heavier frame and suspensions in 2013.5 models. That alone would direct me in those years.
Most likely less rust too :W
