The 5.7 V8 is great. I work with two guys who own them and they rate them very high. But, Toyota quality is not always the best. One coworker has a 2012 Toyota Sequoia SUV (with 5.7 V8) and he has had the AC compressor replaced twice. It was done under warranty, but it still seemed crazy to me.
