2012 Tundra..any reason not to buy it

When Ford & Chevy roughly sell in one month what Toyota sell in an entire year, then it becomes the law of supply and demand. More new trucks sold translates to more Ford, Dodge & Chevy on the used lot. While Toyota at one time had a reputation for building bullet proof vehicles, I don't think that any manufacturer can make that claim anymore.
The higher prices on the used car lot are a result of fewer Tundra's available to be sold, so I don't think the price is solely reflective of a quality issue. I have driven hundreds of thousands of miles in Ford vehicles and I have never been stranded, not like the P.O.S. Chevy Monte Carlo that I'm driving now.
For every model vehicle made, you can easily find hundreds of people who have had issues with that model...but it takes a while to sort thru everything you read on the internet to find the element of truth. I have spend a good portion of my free time today on the Tundra websites, and alot of people have had issues, but I know that a upset person will make a bigger stink than a content person, so the people who have had issues and are members of these forums, what percentage of the population to they represent?
