Well thats a bit drastic at this point. From everything I have read about this track bar issue, its more proactive then anything, not too worried . I looked at the welds when I heard about it, and being in the steel fabrication business for over 42 years everything looked okay,. I mean they can look good, and still fail, but I don't see any cracks, rust, undercut or incomplete welds. I will see what they decide to do on Oct 9 .
I agree it won't be just anybody thats going to weld on my frame. Again lets see what they come up with first. Air arcing or grinding out welds seems a little drastic . They may come up with a bolt on brace , or possibly weld on a brace.
