Noisy TPS
The ECM is not receiving the expected return signal from the TPS as compared to other sensors and goes into safe mode. I don't believe you can replace just the sensor on your model. It's integrated into the throttle body. ~$200 at your local parts store.
If you replace the TB yourself don't forget to calibrate the TPS. It's an easy 30 second procedure. Google it.
