Roger on both FUSE AND RELAY in my 2010 F150 Ford truck. I found my unmarked plastic bag in the glove box as well with no explanation on what it was for... The relay is under control of your ignition key and this turns OFF TOW CHARGE when the truck key is turned off...
Kinda neat to have the ignition key control as this will help keeping you from discharging your truck start battery when the truck motor isn't running.
