Not all 3.5L Ecoboost F-150s are rated to tow 11000 pounds. Some are under 8000 pounds. Practically speaking, less than one percent of them sold would be under all its other ratings towing 8000 pound loaded TT.

Payload and rear axle will typically be exceeded well below 11k pound TT. 11k pound boat? Maybe.
