I have found Hosts customer service to be absolutely fantastic.Every issue I have had, and there have been very few has been handled quickly and with out cost to me.
Mine is now out of warranty and when I recently had an awning switch fail and Dave sent me a new one and would not accept payment.
When the camper was new, Dave OK'd me to take the camper to my local RV repair shop if I could not make the repair myself.
Why didn't you take your camper to a RV repair shop and have authorized repairs made?
