the customer paid $50K for the camper I should be happy?
You keep citing that you spent $50,000 for this camper. What does that have to do with the issue getting fixed? Multi million dollar jets sometimes go back to the factory to get stuff fixed, same thing with boats/ships, military vehicles, construction equipment, even houses are not always perfect the first time around. If I spent $50,000 on the camper I certainly would invest the few dollars to take it to the factory and get it fixed correctly. You have $50,000 invested, a few dollars more or less won't make or break you. Forget your principle of the $50,000 thing and get the camper fixed right.
I am not seeing much sympathy for you in this thread. Why not mention the dealer? All I see here is that you are not realistic in your expectations.
