I have thought about the area that I understand to be delaminated... what would cause it?
Not backing under the camper correctly? The back of the trucks bed contacting the sides of the "box" (base of truck camper between the wheel wells)
Doing it repeateably, almost every time you tried to load the TC would certainly create a need for the aluminum scruff plates.
