so if it was all pre delivery as you say. Why in the world did/ would you accept delivery. It makes no sense based on you prior posting history of finding faults in every rv you buy. Are you sure you are not Slacker Crusters other brother Daryl
I picked up late delivery RV on way out on vacation, not much choice...Host and dealer assured me they would fix everything when it was more convenient for us....my mistake...
That definitely puts you between a rock and a hard place. There is no good option when you have all your eggs in that basket. If you were going to stay in the TC world the decision you made was the right one, to keep it anyway and trust the dealer and manufacturer to help you out. I think they would have had you been 'vested' in it enough. But you wanted out, got out....seems like you have made the right choice at this point.
For comparison, I bought my used truck AND camper as a combo sight unseen and flew to Connecticut to get it. I had already paid for the truck as a deposit so I was pretty much stuck no matter what. I had to pick up my wife the next day in Philly. And this was an off-the-shelf Lance taken 32K miles to South America and back and a lot of guys here thought I was nuts, that it would be falling apart. It might have been.......but it worked out well overall. It certainly had some issues....but I would have been in trouble had it been a wreck. No dealer and no warranty. You win some you lose some I guess.
