For my wife and I a truck camper is ideal size. When shopping Host had by far the nicest product and features.
The OP has owned a half dozen RV's and should know what is the ideal size for them. They selected a truck camper, the ideal size. But then
before posting on here, the OP decides to purchase a WW motorhome Class C. Where is there any logic that the OP really has a clue what he wants for ideal size? If a truck camper is just the right size and the one he has is not the one he wants, then get another one. His logic is lacking. And the OP has owned motorhomes, fifth wheels, etc. He should know what he wants but apparently doesn't.
Then, after purchasing the WW, he posts problems on here about the Host camper. Every idea given in this thread, and some are very good, is after the fact. How does that make you feel? He doesn't care what you and I think, his mind is made up. He is not looking for solutions. He just wants to blame Host for whatever is really his dissatification. How is that for integrity?
Then there are some confusing and differing responses about what Host and the no name dealer (that made or will soon make two sales on one camper through one OP; yea, that no name dealer profited from the OP's bad luck) was really willing to do in some of the OP's rebuttal to original comments. Apparently, Host agreed to fix it at the factory if taken back to them. Did Host discourage the dealer from trying to fix it to encourage the OP to bring the camper to get it fixed right at the fatory? How can that be anything but the best intentions by Host to have a correctly fixed camper? Or is the OP just covering his actions that have already been made to make him look good with the goofy
"I spent $50,000 on this and it should be perfect" stubborn 'principle of the thing' mentality. That fixes nothing and never will. Host stands tall on this, the OP credibility fell to the floor.
