From what I've seen on this thread the happiest party among the three participants (builder, seller, buyer) would be the selling dealer. He made who knows how much selling the TC to the buyer, then (from what I can understand) offers $13,000 less than the buyer says he paid for the unit. He then sells the buyer a class C that he will be making who knows how much on. He also gets to sell a perfectly good near new TC to someone else and on which he'll make who knows how much more.
Of course he's going to side with the original buyer of the TC on this issue. He's making some big bucks on this deal, which started with a few minor "issues" on an expensive TC.
