13k is a lot to swallow. Why not allow the dealership to arrange transportation to Bend for your TC? Seems to me Lance made arrangements to bring a camper across the US for a factory repair, not cheap, but nowhere near 13k.
I understand your frustration, regardless of who manufactured it ... at least Host is recommending limited options at the dealer level so additional problems aren't created. It's clear these fixes are not acceptable to you, so it seems appropriate to request the dealer help make arrangements to send the rig back to the factory. Don't misunderstand, I doubt either dealer or factory will pay for transport, however you wouldn't be out the 13k.
I understand you feel this shouldn't be necessary as its under factory warranty, however keep in mind they are offering options. Its understandable that you are not satisfied with the selection.
