If what I circled is the delam he has a $200 complaint ... at the factories $100/hour charge out... and , $50 in material.
It shouldn't have happened... but it is an extremely small percentage of $50,000
Like many of us I have been around assemble lines... one of which many of us have seen at the Lance Truck Camper's factory ( and I have also seen some automotive assembly lines.
Usually a guy works one station... as he finishes the camper moves on and the worker repeats his task on the next camper.
If he makes an error (the wing material in this case) it no way compremises the rest of the camper... different workers do all of the other steps.
Should the worker be repremanded? At least a verbal one... and instructions about expectations. You bet, and I'll bet he was.
