2013 Trailer at dealer over 1 year
What is the opinion of a 2013 trailer that has been at the dealer for over 1 year? Should I have an independent inspection done? What are the things to look for besides obvious water damage etc? W...

It's used even if it's not titled. It's not a car or truck.
I made the mistake of almost buying a 3 year old "new" camper and had to back out of the deal. To many things wrong as the dealer did no caulking over the years after the caulking went bad sitting on the lot. Had water leaks in the roof near the AC, had water leaks in the wall. And the tub framing was weak and not supporting the tub.
Thankfully I could get out of that unit. Dealer said no problem as they'd just use it as a rental.
I actually had good luck with the sales people but service was pretty bad and incompetent like most Dealership shops. Hopefully my current dealer keeps his good guys.
BTW, I was paying only 60% of MSRP and it was still a bad deal. 70% is near what I expect to pay for a current model year, not a used 3 year old model. RUN, DON'T WALK!
