I have a 2011 Jay flight that I bought NEW when it was slightly over a year old. Dealer already had 2012's on his lot too. I negotiated things beyond the sales price. Got mine for 30% off MSRP, but it was NEW so I had a 2 year warranty. I negotiated things like accessory purchases at discount and installs for free, roof treatment and check/recaulk seams for free (to be done in 6 months), insisted on full propane, water system sanitized, set up hitch and everything, so I could hookup and leave immediately to use the trailer.
I feel like I got a reasonable deal and the dealer has been willing to work with me on repairs for my goofs (bent awning from too much rain water when I didn't have it slanted enough). Whenever I carry trailer in, they do the work, I need in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost.
If you feel comfortable with the dealer, then negotiate and come to an agreement. I would probably offer 50% off and then negotiate from there. You will be happy with your Jayco.
