How much does the camper weight :H Most seem to require at least a 350 SRW.
the frame is rotted, so i haven't been able to get an actual dry weight for the camper, but everything i've found on the internet about the model puts it at 990 pounds completely dry. ('78 wolverine 8' M-8SD) this is an 8 foot camper, sleeps 2 (and the couch would work for a kiddo) no show, single sink, no water heater, LP fridge, 2 burner stove no other features at all (and will likely stay this way, minus a couple fans for when it gets really hot) 16 gallon water tank, 5 gallon black and 5 gallon grey would put it at 1198 plus me, the wife and kiddo puts us at 1600 pounds. IF the payload of the truck really is 2700 with max payload and HD packages then that is 1000 pounds to play with. i say - that'll do fine for this camper.
if it is only 2400 (or less!) then we are really pushing it as i anticipate about 300-500 pounds of camping******all said and done.
hence the sticker request - i can't find a dealer around here that has one, and i know that often published specs may be a bit.. well.. optimistic.
since the truck will also need to be a Daily Driver - the F250 really isn't in the running, rather likely we will wait and save for a trailer we can pull instead.
